Carlos Rivas, originally from El Salvador, came to United States in 1981 where he founded and became the director of Mex-Sal. Since then Carlos Rivas & Mex-Sal has had the privilege of playing in the best places in the United States, also has alternated with the best salsa artist like; CELIA CRUZ. /GRUPO NICHE / LOS TITANEZ DE LA SALSA.AND MANY MORE FAMOUS. ARTISTS. Now Carlos Rivas is promoting his new salsa cd titled “SI FALTAS TU.” Produced in Miami, Florida by one of  the best producers Mr. Alberto Barros, who has also produced music for Marc Anthony, and is a CO-Producer for Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, and many more. Carlos Rivas and Mex-Sal’s  music is currently playing in all the radios of Central America, and in South America.
